Couples Evening of Elegance- July 26- Morgan's Harbour
We use this opportunity to remind you of Couples Evening of Elegance which will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. The venue will be Morgan's Harbour Hotel, Port Royal. The cost per couple is $3,800.00. As far as possible, we are asking each church to sponsor one couple.
Please let us know, by June 23, the number of Couples who will be attending from your Church. We are kindly asking, also that the names be sent to the Family Ministries Department, along with the fees on or before Tuesday, July 7, 2009 (see form attached).
The deadline for confirming the number of couples, who will be attending the Couples Evening of Elegance, is Tuesday, June 23; and the deadline for payment is Tuesday, July 7.
The evening promises to be great! We await your urgent response.
