Elder's Family Fun day, Gloster Hall St. Ann: Sept.27, 2009
To all Pastors and Elders,
At our last association meeting on Sunday, August 16, 2009, the decision was taken to have a fun day for Elders' and their families on Sunday Sept. 27, 2009, the day following our graduation.
The cost for this event is as under:
By bus (depart EJC at 8:00am)
Adult (incl. one meal transportation & insurance) $1700
Child - under 12 yrs.: $1050
By car
Adult (incl. one meal & insurance) $1000
Child - under 12 yrs.: $750
In order to secure the location we are required to make a 50% deposit by the end of the month. We therefore ask all interested to submit their names and a 50% deposit to sis. Dion thompson at the EJC office by August 31, 2009.
We encourage all elders to bring their families and let us fellowship and play together.
